Non-traditional Rosé varietals make for a wine with big structure and body, great acidity, and a deep natural color.
The Season
The 2016 season put a dent in the 4-year long California drought, and the winter brought much-needed rain. This was a warm year overall, but with minimal heat spikes, which brought bountiful crops of fruit rich in color and flavor.
